This niche business operates within the specialist interior design logistics sector, providing handling, storage, delivery and installation services for high-value furniture to residential and commercial projects. Its services are primarily provided to interior designers and related professionals and are focused on the secure receipt of goods, careful handling, scheduled final-mile delivery and on-site assembly.
The Company is structured to manage complex and high-value items which require a high degree of care and coordination to align with client project timelines. The service offering includes delivery by trained teams experienced in working within high-end residential and commercial environments, including restricted-access sites. Assembly and installation services form an integral part of the offering.
The Company employs a total of 11 staff including the Director who is both one of the three account managers and who also solely oversees day-to-day operations, sales and marketing, and general business management. Operational activities are supported by warehouse and installation staff responsible for handling, transport and on-site installation.
The majority of the Company’s activities are undertaken in and around London, servicing a base of repeat clients within the interior design and furniture sectors. Approximately 12% of revenue is derived from removals work. In the most recent financial year, the Company reported turnover of approximately £872,000.
As a consequence of legacy debts, the Company is currently experiencing financial difficulties arising from cashflow pressures and is being marketed for sale via an administration process. It is expected that the business will continue to trade throughout the marketing period, however, as a consequence of the financial pressures the period of marketing has been reduced to ensure that the goodwill of the business is retained for the benefit of a purchaser.
Interested parties are invited to submit offers no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday 7 January 2026, with a sale intended to conclude by midday on Friday 9 January 2026. Accordingly, only parties able to work within this timetable should respond. Williams & Partners reserves the right to close the sale process early or extend deadlines without notice or liability. Preference may be given to parties operating within the same or a similar sector.
Due to the confidential nature of the sale, interested parties will be required to enter into a non-disclosure agreement prior to the release of further information. Proof of funds must be provided with any offer submitted. Williams & Partners reserves the right to request proof of funding at any stage of the process and to discontinue discussions where satisfactory evidence is not provided.
